Entry is free. To enter, complete the entry form linked from the Promoter's advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, providing your name, mobile number and email address, and answering the questions shown.
One entry per person. Where multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be counted. Incomplete entries, or entries containing false or unverifiable contact details, will be excluded.

Entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
There is one (1) prize: a 12-week rental of a Volar Bikes Upgraded package e-bike, including helmet, insulated bag, phone holder, lock and charger, at no rental cost to the winner.
Total prize value: AUD $588, based on the Upgraded package rate of $49 per week for 12 weeks. Values are correct as at the start of the promotional period.
The prize does not include VIP add-ons (such as theft protection, roadside assistance or puncture cover). The winner may purchase these separately at the Promoter's standard rates.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter may substitute a bike of equal or greater value if the Upgraded package is unavailable.
A refundable bond applies. As with all Volar Bikes rentals, the winner must pay a refundable security bond before collecting the bike, and must sign the Promoter's standard rental agreement. The bond is not a cost of the prize and is returned at the end of the rental in accordance with the standard rental terms, subject to the condition of the bike. Ask us about lower-bond options when you collect.
At the end of the 12-week prize period, the rental continues automatically at the Promoter's standard weekly rate for the Upgraded package, payable weekly, unless the winner cancels before the 12-week period ends. The winner may cancel at any time before renewal at no cost by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter will remind the winner in writing before the prize period ends.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place at the time and place set out above. The draw is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified in writing (by email, SMS or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at entry) within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize, within seven (7) days of first notification, the Promoter may forfeit that entry and conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries. Any redraw will take place at the same location within 14 days of the original draw, and the redrawn winner will be notified on the same terms.
The prize will be made available for collection within 28 days of the draw. The winner must collect the bike in person from 70 Victoria Street, Richmond VIC 3121, present valid photo identification, pay the bond and sign the standard rental agreement before the rental begins.
By entering, you agree that the Promoter may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about the outcome of the giveaway and about Volar Bikes rental offers, including the offer set out in Part B below. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing info@volarbikes.com.
Personal information is collected, used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. By entering, you release Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints about the promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Meta.
Part B · The rider offerThis offer is separate from the giveaway and is available to everyone who enters, whether or not they win. It is an offer, not a prize, and winning the draw is not required to claim it.
Rent any Volar Bikes package for a term of four (4) weeks or more and receive an additional four (4) weeks of rental at no charge, added to the end of your paid term. A 4-week rental becomes 8 weeks; a 12-week rental becomes 16 weeks.
The free weeks apply only after the paid term has been completed and all rental payments for that term have been made. If the rental is cancelled or ends early for any reason, the free weeks are forfeited.
