What's included with my rental?
Every rental includes the e-bike, a helmet, an insulated delivery bag, a phone holder, a lock and a charger — everything you need to start working day one.
How does the bond work?
A refundable bond secures your bike, and it's flexible — including lower-bond options with a slightly higher weekly rate. Ask when you get your quote and we'll find the setup that works for you.
How long does the battery last?
Standard runs 4+ hours per charge, Upgraded 8+ hours and Premium 10+ hours under normal riding conditions. If you work full-time shifts, Upgraded or Premium keeps you on the road all day.
What if my bike needs repairs?
We service every bike on a regular schedule and cover scheduled maintenance costs. If something goes wrong, message us straight away — our team supports riders 7 days a week.
How long can I rent for?
From a few weeks to as long as you like. The longer your contract, the lower your weekly rate — and paying upfront lowers it further. 12+ week plans get our best pricing.
Can I add insurance or roadside assistance?
Yes — VIP add-ons start at $15/week and can include theft protection, roadside assistance, free puncture repairs and in-store discounts. Ask about Silver, Gold or Platinum when you book.
Can I buy a bike instead of renting?
Absolutely. Cargo e-bikes are $1,950 and road-style e-bikes are $2,200. Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook for availability.
